Dr. Rahul Khurana holds a PhD in Management (OB and HRM) from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee (India). During his PhD, he delved into character strength, self-compassion, and job embeddedness, which exemplifies a profound dedication to understanding the human aspects of organizational dynamics. His expertise further spans mindfulness, temperance, person-organization fit, and more, showcased in various global conferences. He has qualified the JRF-NET examination in Management with 8th All India Rank. Additionally, as a TA, Rahul Khurana has honed his pedagogical skills, especially by adeptly conducting Harvard Business School simulations.
