About
Dr. Niyati Chaudhary received her Full-time Ph.D. from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak and submitted her thesis in the field of corporate Governance and Firm performance. She is a post graduate degree in Management (MBA) and Commerce (M.COM) in Finance, Accounting and HR from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Gold medal awarded for M.B.A. (Hons.) by Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She secured 3rd Position in M.com in Maharshi Dayanand Universityand 2nd position in B.com in Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She has qualified NET-JRF in MANAGEMENT and NET (TWICE) in COMMERCE. Her area of specialization is Finance, Accounting, HR and General Management. She has more than 11 years of teaching experience.
She also has 1 year of industry experience in finance field, worked as Analyst in Fixed Assets and Projects Team under O2P Department in Intercontinental Hotels Group, Gurgaon. She has attended 12 Workshops and 17 FDP (Faculty Development programme). She has 30 papers published in International Journals indexed in Scopus, ABDC, web of science, UGC-CARE and Nationals Journals and 1 in Edited Book. She has presented 30 papers presented in several international and national conferences held in different universities of the country. She is a member of IQAC committee in her institute. She organised various conferences and Seminars. She is Time table coordinator of the department.
