She is a member of University HR association cell & placement. She has presented several research papers in Scopus, International conferences and seminars. She has also published many research articles in UGC care. She received certifications from various online platforms. She has also completed various FDPs and Workshops. She has worked in Examination centre as centre superintendent in various centres of MDU .
