A lecture was organized by the Faculty of Commerce & Management on “Budget 2017- A New Way of Looking at Public Expenditure” on 10 th February, 2017. The speaker was Dr. Amir Ullah Khan, Director of Indian Development Foundation and Policy Advisor to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This lecture provides a deep insight into the Budget and how this public funding going to help in realizing the Indian Development goals. He also discusses major development issues faced by Indian Economy.
