He did his PhD in “Influence of Perceived Risks on Consumer’s Online Buying Decision Making with special reference to Haryana State”. His area of specialization is Marketing & Human Resource Management. He has published several research papers in national and international Journals and presented various research papers in national and international level seminars and conferences. He has obtained MOOC certifications from various online platforms. His certifications include Market Research and Consumer Behavior, Positioning, Customer Analytics, Research Proposal: Initiating Research and Brand and Product Management. He is a Life Time Member of the Indian Commerce Association.
