Dr. Rekha is an Associate Professor at Faculty of Commerce and Management, SGT University, Gurugram, Haryana. She did her Ph.D. in “Impact of Digital Marketing Communication on Consumer Buying Decision Process: A Study of Indian Passenger Car Market.” She has conducted various conferences, seminars and FDPs in the areas such as Research Methodology and Data Analysis. She has also conducted several community development projects dealing with cleanliness and solid waste management.  She has presented papers in various national and international conferences. She has national and international research papers to her credit. She has also authored books in the area of marketing.
